Competition Information
A. Excludes members of the U16 county panel. The league will start after the county minors are
finished, so minors can participate.
B. Fixtures are scheduled around the county junior fixtures so that county juniors can play in the
league too.
C. The County Senior management has agreed to release players to play in the league on the
Thursday before a league game.
D. Division 3, the default is 13-a-side, but if both teams have 14 or 15, you play 14 or 15 a side. If a
team has no subs and a player goes off injured, both teams should have the same number of
players a-side unless a player is sent off. You cannot play with less than 15 a side if both teams
have subs.
E. Division 3 is unlimited substitutions.
F. Division 1 and 2 allows for 8 substitutions.
G. Default is Friday evening for division 3 and Sunday for divisions 1 and 2. They can be played up to the
Sunday of the same weekend, only if both clubs agree and any change still accommodates clubs with
two teams in the league.
H. If the host cannot get a pitch, home venue is conceded.
I. Eligibility for 2nd teams: Name your top 10 adult club players for the league inclusive of your county players. Everyone else can play both. The objective of a 2nd adult team is to offer game time to players who don’t get game time on the 1st team.
